School administrators
- Sign in at smartbus.co.ke/login to open your dashboard.
- Add students, drivers, vehicles, and routes from the dashboard menus.
- Use Fleet map (/app/fleet-map) to track live buses during trips.
- Send announcements and view attendance reports from the admin tools.
- Forgot your password? Use password reset or contact your platform owner.
Drivers (SMARTKE)
- Open the driver app at smartbus.co.ke/driver or download the SMARTKE APK.
- Log in with the mobile number or email your school admin created for you.
- Start a trip, mark student attendance, and keep GPS enabled while driving.
- End the trip when all students are dropped off.
Parents (SMARTPAR)
- Open the parent app at smartbus.co.ke/parent or download the SMARTPAR APK.
- Sign in with the phone number registered with your child's school.
- Track the bus, view attendance history, and receive SMS/push alerts.
Platform owners
Manage all schools, billing, and system settings at smartbus.co.ke/platform. Use Open as admin to view a school dashboard without sharing passwords.
